Super-Screw® considerably reduces any downtime. It can bear all type of tensions up to 250N/mm (failure stress belt up to 2500N/mm).

Mechanical splicing systems let maintenance teams join belt ends quickly using screws, hinges, or molded connectors rather than heat-cured vulcanizing or adhesive bonding, dramatically cutting the downtime needed to get a conveyor back in service after a splice or emergency repair.

Patented lacing and screw-splice designs are engineered to distribute load evenly across the joint, reducing the stress concentrations that can lead to premature splice failure, while remaining simple enough to install with basic tooling — a major advantage for remote sites or emergency field repairs where a full vulcanizing setup isn’t available.
