The 2000 Series Regulator from ARO is an industrial air-line filter-regulator engineered to protect pneumatic tools and equipment from moisture, particulate, and pressure fluctuations. Air line regulators provide controlled consistent air pressure as required for specific pneumatic equipment connected to the air system. All ARO-Flo air pressure regulators are offered with a standard adjustment range of 0-140 psig (0-9.6 bar). Alternative spring ranges are offered for easy conversion to suit different requirements. Non-relieving regulators are offered for applications where the venting of downstream overpressure is undesirable. 3/8″, 1/2″ & 1/4″ sizes 0-30, 0-60, 0-140 and 10-200 psi spring options
A “piggyback” combination design keeps the filter and regulator in a single compact housing, simplifying installation on crowded air lines. Optional coalescing elements extend contaminant removal down to fine aerosols and sub-micron particulate, which is important for sensitive pneumatic instruments and finishing equipment where clean, dry air is essential to consistent performance.
Compressed air carries moisture, oil carryover, and solid particulate from the compressor and distribution piping that can damage pneumatic tools, cylinders, and valves if left unfiltered. A filter-regulator conditions air at the point of use, removing airborne solid and liquid contaminants while regulating pressure to a stable, tool-appropriate level.
