RacloFlex NT

The RacloFlex NT is a precision belt-cleaning accessory built to maintain consistent contact pressure across the belt face, reducing spillage and material carryback. Unlike single-blade scrapers simple, the RacloFlex NT consists of several blades which are each supported by a shock absorber block and which can be independently adjusted to fit the tape and compensate for the faster wear of some.

Carryback — material that clings to the belt past the discharge point — is one of the leading causes of housekeeping problems, component wear, and safety hazards on conveyor systems. Multi-blade and spring-tensioned scraper designs distribute cleaning pressure evenly across the belt width, automatically compensating for wear and belt irregularities so cleaning performance stays consistent between maintenance intervals.

Individually adjustable blade segments allow the scraper to conform to a belt’s profile even where splices, mistracking, or surface wear would defeat a single rigid blade. The result is less spillage, reduced dust, lower maintenance labor, and longer service life for the belt itself and the pulleys and idlers downstream.
